1. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the request is made before the order is shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at info@snike.in or call +91 70848 69894 with your order number.
• After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may return the product as per our Return Policy after delivery.

Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

2. Cancellation by SNIKE AAPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED

We reserve the right to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

• Non-availability of the product in stock.
• Incorrect pricing or product information due to technical errors.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or payment issues.
• Failure to verify customer details or delivery address.

If we cancel your order, you will be notified via email or phone, and any payment made will be refunded in full within 7-10 business days as per our Refund Policy.
